In November 2016 Renault launched the KWID, an entry-level Vehicle in a competitive segment. Renault offered an affordable opportunity to South African’s on owning a new vehicle.

The KWID exceeded expectations with just over 20 000 units sold in 2016.

Let’s talk about safety first
Renault gave the KWID an update with many safety elements especially due to the KWID receiving negative criticism from its first launch in 2016, Renault relooked at safety and made an important upgrade.

The ABS upgrade adds value for the safety of the driver and the passengers.

What about the drive?
The KWID as we know it is one of the most fuel-efficient cars on the market delivering 4.7 litres/100km (manual transmission).

The KWID being a relatively small car is rather spacious with ample boot space of 300 litres.

Technology = Entertainment
Fitted with a 7” Touchscreen MediaNav with Bluetooth, USB, AUX and MP3 playback. Renault has also included an integration with smart devices - IOS and Android smartphone mirroring.
